Great for exploring Lyon but parking issues
The location is fantastic, right near the vibrant heart of Lyon. Be aware of the nearby parking challenges and charges-it's a bit inconvenient. Opt for higher floors for potentially better views!

The location is perfect, just steps from Place Jacobins. Our Privilege room was spacious with big windows overlooking the square. It had a Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, tv, and a comfy bed. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and local pastries. Staff helped with taxi bookings. Everything was clean and modern.

The location was perfect, just an 8-minute walk to the old town and a 5-minute stroll to Bellecour Square. We checked out the local shops, enjoyed delicious food, and even ventured to Grand parc de Miribel-Jonage. The staff was super nice and the room was comfy. Just a heads up that the breakfast area can get busy, so go early!

My stay was part of an anniversary celebration, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely decorations in our privilege room. The view from our large windows onto the central square was fantastic, which really elevated our experience. The location made it easy to explore the city attractions, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including freshly squeezed juices. The space in the breakfast area could feel a bit cramped during peak times.

Great location for exploring local attractions.
The air conditioning was weak. The breakfast area was far too small. I was also frustrated by the lack of fresh options in the breakfast spread, which didn't match the hotel's overall quality.

Heart-shaped balloons and a note for our anniversary set a good tone in the spacious privilege room with a lovely view of Place Jacobins. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and local specialties. Communication was challenging, as staff struggled with English, complicating taxi arrangements. The bustling atmosphere from the hotel made it easy to explore dining spots nearby, though we faced some discouraging service when help was needed.
